As logistics providers, we sometimes have to “offend people”—like turning down a factory that could have made us millions.

Last year, a Foshan factory bid on a steel structure project (good price, good craft). But our survey found:
– The factory was 500m from a highway overpass with a 5.2m clearance.
– Their 18m-long, 5.5m-high products couldn’t pass.
We reported this to the client, who canceled the order. The factory owner was furious—he even threatened us. But we knew: If we didn’t speak up, the project would delay, and the client would lose more.
Advice: Choose logistics providers that “tell the truth” —they’ll prioritize your project’s success over short-term profit.
