As a “capacity provider” or “charter broker,” simply providing the aircraft is not enough. Freight forwarders need to offer value-added services to help clients maximize their benefits.

For example, develop professional loading plans based on the client’s cargo type and transportation needs, helping them maximize aircraft space utilization and load factor.  Also, offer customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution, and other value-added services to alleviate client concerns.

By providing value-added services, freight forwarders not only improve client satisfaction and loyalty but also enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.
