– He visited Chinese factories to check packaging.  

– Confirmed port cranes in the Middle East.  

– Inspected the site’s entrance width.  

– Followed trucks from the factory to the port to test routes.  

The project had zero errors—better than many large firms.  

Large companies need coordination between legal/compliance/operations—slow decision-making. We act fast: If a port lacks a crane, our boss finds a backup in 2 hours; if customs has issues, he resolves them immediately.  

Our advice: Choose SMEs where the boss is hands-on—they understand every detail and solve problems faster than large firms.
